Help Wanted Hunt Tractor is currently seeking a full time yard attendant. See below for details. Yard Attendant: We are looking for a person that can work with others and independently keeping our outdoor inventory of heavy equipment attachments organized as well as performing other tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and unloading and loading trucks. The organization and truck loading and unloading will be done with a forklift so forklift experience is a plus, but we will train. Some repairs will also be necessary requiring welding or operating a cutting torch so again experience with welding and operating a torch is a plus, but not necessary. This is not a forklift operator position, but operation of a forklift will be frequent. This is an all around type of position, a do-it-all kind of person will fit the position well. We need someone that is a team player, but works well alone also and has good organizational skills, good attention to detail, and is safety conscious. This job is mostly outdoors so the successful applicant should like working outdoors in all types of weather. This job also requires lifting heavy items from time to time, sometimes up to 100 lbs, along with swinging a sledge hammer. Mechanic experience is a plus and familiarity with heavy equipment is a plus, but this is not a mechanic position. Pay depends on experience & qualifications. Starts at $9.00/hr up to $12.00/hr.
